I went friday with my toddler daughter. They were so nice and fast. The manager was very kind. They let me know my tires are actually in very good shape. Its nice to be able to get an honest, professional opinion. You can trust their assessment, they aren't trying to rip you off here 10/10 service and business

I recently purchased a replacement tire for my car from Discount Tire in Draper and paid approximately $350 at full retail price. The store experience itself was good, but I later discovered that the “new” tire they installed was manufactured in September 2024—almost two years ago. I understand that an unused tire may still technically be sold as new, but when a customer is paying full price, I believe Discount Tire should disclose that the tire has been sitting in inventory for nearly two years. Had I not checked the manufacturing date myself, I would never have known. Customers should carefully check the DOT manufacturing date before accepting and paying full price for a tire.

Excellent service. Took about 30 mins from dropping off my car to getting 4 tires changed. Showed me the wear on the ones that seemed good, but were not. Gave a discount on the warranty. Excellent customer service and just an overall positive experience. Highly recommend this shop.

First and foremost, I just want to give the biggest thanks to Aidan. He goes above and beyond, My car was stuck on the side of the busy road. I got here right when the store was about to close, and they were booked out. Aidan personally took care of me and made sure to get a great tire on my new wheel and get me out of here in such a speedy manner, It could’ve been a NASCAR race. Also, the friendliness of the entire staff cannot go understated. And just a little PS, the air-conditioning in the store was pretty delightful on a hot, sunny day when you’ve been stranded. 10 out of 10 couldnt recommend Aidan in the staff and the employees in the store itself anymore.

I had a great experience with Brandt at Discount Tire. Not only did he help me with my car, but he also took the time to educate me about tire repairs, which I really appreciated. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I understood everything clearly. On top of that, he did an excellent job getting my car into the shop as quickly as possible, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
